What is your warranty?

Our warranty is 90 days from the date of purchase on most parts.  See the "Warranty" section to the right for more information. Exceptions will be specified.

What is your return policy?

We return all stocked purchases for a full refund within 30 days. See the "Return Policy" section below for more details.

Do you inventory tires?


Our tire selection is self serve and we do not keep track of what sizes we have in stock due to the volume of tires sold daily. They are arranged by rim size on racking for your convenience.

Do you install tires?

Yes, we install all sizes at an additional cost. An appointment may be made however most installations can be done on the same day.

Where do you ship to?

We will ship anywhere in the world! We will package your part safely and can prepay the shipping for your convenience.

What if you don’t have the part I am looking for?

IMG_5578.jpgWe can search our network and find it for you. We can also get a lot of aftermarket parts. We will always give you options and point you in the right direction.

How long does it take to get a used part?

We work hard to provide same day service. We pre dismantle all our vehicles so the majority of our parts are on the shelf ready for you!

Return Policy

  • Parts may be returned within 30 days from the original date of purchase.
  • The parts must be in the same condition from which they were originally sold.
  • A 25% restocking fee will be charged on parts that were removed at the customer’s request.
  • Specialty orders, or cut parts may not be returned.
  • Freight charges are non refundable and the freight to return a part is at the customer’s expense.
  • Core returns are the responsibility of the customer.



Regular Warranty Terms

Our regular warranty is free and valid for all parts sold and covers the part for a 90 day term. Details are as follows:

  • The warranty is 90 days from the original date of purchase and is limited to replacement, repair or refund at the discretion of Allwest Auto Parts.

  • Freight will be reimbursed when a defective item has been verified.
  • The warranty does not cover abuse, neglect or incorrect installations.

  • The warranty is for the original part only. It does not cover labor. 

  • It is recommended that all seals and gaskets be inspected and replaced as necessary as the warranty does not cover leaks.

  • The warranty does not cover the accessories, electrical components or fuel injectors on an engine.

  • This warranty is for normal usage within the 90 day period. Electrical components, modules and commercial vehicles are not covered unless it is approved prior to the sale.

It is the customer’s responsibility to have all parts inspected by a qualified installer for defects and safety hazards prior to installation.
